Todays blend allows for options! We realize that not everyone is going to like all the ingredients that go into something, which is why we chose this smoothie as our Thirsty Thursday pick of the week!
#MaxHealth‘s Green Banana Smoothie: We take 2 cups of water, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia or hemp seeds, some berries of your choice, and a few leafy greens of your choice! Put those all in the blender until smooth. This green powerhouse fuels us up with tons of awesome energy and nutrients, and is sure to keep you full for at least an hour and a half!
